Terms and Conditions for www.vrke.in
The owner and operator of this site is Book Planet Poohla, located at Village Poohla , Dist Bathinda in Punjab, India. By purchasing products from Book Planet Poohla through www.vrke.in, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
- Ordering
1.1. By confirming a purchase order, the Customer agrees to buy the products in their “shopping cart” at the listed price, plus applicable shipping and handling charges.
1.2. Book Planet Poohla will dispatch the products to the Customer as soon as practicable after receiving full payment. - Defective Products
2.1. If a product received is defective, the Customer must return it to Book Planet Poohla within 28 days of receipt, including a copy of the invoice and a brief letter detailing the Customer’s contact information and the defect.
2.2. For verified defective products, Book Planet Poohla will, at its discretion, either:
(a) replace the product; or
(b) refund the price of the defective product.
2.3. Book Planet Poohla will not accept liability for defective products not returned in accordance with clause 2.1.
2.4. The maximum liability of Book Planet Poohla shall not exceed the price of the product for which a claim is made. - Stock Availability
3.1. The Customer may not object if product details on the website are inaccurate, if advertised products are unavailable, or if product images differ from the actual products.
3.2. If a Customer pays for an unavailable product, Book Planet Poohla will refund the price of that product.
3.3. Prices, offers, and stock availability may differ between www.vrke.in and Book Planet Poohla’s physical stores. - Products Sent to Incorrect Address
4.1. If the Customer does not receive products within 30 days of purchase, they must notify Book Planet Poohla. Book Planet Poohla is not liable unless notified within this period.
4.2. If a product is sent to an incorrect address due to an error by Book Planet Poohla, we will either resend the product, send a replacement, or refund the product’s price.
4.3. If a product is not received because the Customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address:
(a) if the product is returned to Book Planet Poohla, we will resend it after the Customer pays additional shipping and handling costs; or
(b) if the product is not returned, Book Planet Poohla has no further responsibility. - Non-Claimed Products
If purchased products are returned to Book Planet Poohla by someone other than the Customer, and we cannot contact the Customer despite reasonable efforts, or the Customer does not contact us within 3 months of the return, no claims will be entertained thereafter. - Delays
The Customer agrees not to hold Book Planet Poohla liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from delays or failure to deliver within estimated timeframes. - Passing of Risk and Ownership
7.1. Subject to other clauses, Book Planet Poohla is not liable for products after they are dispatched to the Customer.
7.2. Ownership of purchased products transfers to the Customer upon dispatch by Book Planet Poohla. - Limitation of Liability
8.1. Book Planet Poohla’s liability is limited to refunding or replacing products as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Book Planet Poohla is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or performance of products or services, even if advised of such possibilities. - Site Access
9.1. Book Planet Poohla grants the Customer permission to access, view, and download content from www.vrke.in for personal, non-commercial use only.
9.2. The Customer agrees not to use any device, method, or software to interfere with the site’s functionality, including spiders, robots, data mining, or attempts to breach security measures. - Intellectual Property
10.1. All content and software on www.vrke.in remain the intellectual property of Book Planet Poohla.
10.2. The Customer agrees not to modify, alter, or share website content with third parties. - Communications
By creating an account with Book Planet Poohla, the Customer consents to receiving electronic communications from us. Personal details will not be sold or leased to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details. - Typographical Errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a typographical error or supplier error, Book Planet Poohla may refuse or cancel orders for such products, whether confirmed or charged. If a Customer’s credit card is charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit for the charged amount immediately. - Reviews and Comments
Anything submitted to www.vrke.in, including ideas, reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Submissions”), is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Book Planet Poohla has the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, or adapt such Submissions. Submissions become the sole property of Book Planet Poohla and will not be returned. When posting reviews or comments, the Customer grants us the right to use the associated name. The Customer warrants that their Submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are accurate. Book Planet Poohla may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit Submissions. - Termination and Effect of Termination
Book Planet Poohla may terminate this agreement or revoke access to www.vrke.in without notice. Upon termination, the Customer must cease all use of the site, and we may revoke account credentials. Termination does not affect rights or obligations, including payment obligations, arising before the termination date. - International Access
www.vrke.in is a global site, and users must comply with applicable local laws and regulations. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Punjab, India. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bathinda, Punjab, India, and courts entitled to hear appeals therefrom. - Information about Books and Authors
We strive to provide accurate and balanced information about books and authors based on reliable sources. However, Book Planet Poohla is not liable for any discrepancies or incorrect information. Suggestions to correct information will be considered, subject to review by our editorial team.
